The tenure of the Apprenticeship will be one year only, commencing from the execution of the contract of apprenticeship with a stipend of Rs. 7000 per month (as per Apprenticeship Rules).

APPLICATION PROCESS OF FACT APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2024
The Application Process for the ITI APPRENTICES FOR TRAINING AT FACT facilities in Kerala for the year 2024-2025 is as mentioned below :
- The candidates shall apply for apprenticeship through the online application link available on the website www.fact.co.in on or before 20.05.2024. Due care should be taken while filling email ID and phone number as both are essential for future correspondence. The duly filled Application Form along with the upload of the list of documents has to be submitted online.
- Once the application is submitted online, it is necessary to take a printout of the application and send it, along with the attached format and scanned copies of the certificates uploaded on the website, to the Senior Manager (Training), FACT Training and Development Centre, Udyogamandal, PIN 683501. These documents should reach the undersigned no later than 5:00 PM on May 25, 2024.
- Candidates who register themselves under Apprenticeship Registration in the online web portal of the Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training (www.apprenticeshipindia.org) will be considered. The Registration ID and password should be available to the applicants.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date or applications without the above-mentioned certificates will be liable for rejection without any intimation and will not be considered for selection.
- Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates is allowed as per rules (PwBD will only be considered for selection to COPA Apprenticeship.)

SELECTION PROCESS OF FACT APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2024
The selection process for the post of ITI Apprentices will be based on the merit of the candidates in the ITI qualifying examination and SSLC/Equivalent Exam. A merit list will be prepared accordingly for the recruitment of ITI Trade Apprentices and will be published on the official website www.fact.co.in and the selected candidates will also be informed through their e-mail.
The reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be applicable as per the provision of the Apprentice Act and Rules of Govt of Kerala and India.

SALARY FOR FACT APPRENTICE RECRUITMENT 2024
Since the announced vacant positions are for ITI Apprentices, instead of salary, a designated stipend of Rs. 7000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Only) will be paid as per the Apprentice Act and Rules.
