NEEPCO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process for the NEEPCO Recruitment 2024 will consist on eligibility of the application based on the marks scored by the candidate in GATE (Electrical orMechanical) / CA/ CMA (previously ICWA)/ UGC- NET (Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management / Labour & Social Welfare / HRM) followed by an online interview.They will receive their Admit card and the selection result for the interview round on the official website and email. The final result will be based on the marks obtained in the test and interview in 80% and 20% respectively.The personal interview shall consist of General Knowledge, Aptitude for the Job, Extra-Curricular activities,Professional Specific Knowledge.
Service Agreement Bond: All applicants have to sign a service agreement bond of 2,50,000 rs( for EWS/UR) or 1,25,000 Rs(for other categories), under which they will be agreeing to work under the NEEPCO for five years. This is a mandatory step and applications without this won’t be accepted.
