Xerox OperatorCandidates must have passed S.S.L.C. Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of Studies with practical experience for a period of not less than 6 months in the operation of Xerox machine.
DriverCandidates must have passed VIII standard AND Must possess a valid Driving License for driving Motor Vehicle issued by a competent authority under the Motor Vehicles Act with a practical experience of driving motor vehicle for a period of not less than five years.
Copyist Attender, Office AssistantCandidates must have passed VIII Standard or its equivalent on the date of notification
Special Qualification-  Must be able to ride a bicycle

Madras High Court Selection Process 2024

The eligible Candidates have to undergo a multi-phase selection process for various posts. The marks-wise breakdown will be the Common written examination – 100 marks, Skill test- 70 marks, Viva-voce- 30 marks.

    • Conducted by the Madras High Court.
    • Determines eligibility for the next phase.

  • Skill Test
    • Candidates shortlisted based on written exam performance (1:5 ratio).
    • Tests various office and household maintenance skills.

  • Viva-voce
    • Candidates are selected based on combined performance in written exam and skill tests (1:3 ratio).
    • Viva-voce assesses candidates’ suitability for the role.

Madras High Court Recruitment Application Fee

The application fee of Rs.500/- is applicable for all Backward Classes (Other than Backward Class Muslims) / Backward Class Muslims / Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities / Others. Exam Pattern for Madras High Court Recruitment 2024

The exam pattern for Official Assistant, Copyist Attender, Cleanliness worker, Watchman and Other Posts will consist of two parts. Part A- General Tamil ( Tamil Eligibility test) for 50 marks and Part B- General Knowledge (Bilingual-English or Tamil) for 50 marks with a total duration of 2 hours.

The exam pattern for Examiner, Senior Bailiff, Junior Bailiff, and Xerox Operator Posts will consist of three parts. Part A- General Tamil ( Tamil Eligibility test) for 50 marks and Part B- General Studies, Mental Ability and Aptitude for 120 marks with a total duration of 3 hours.
