• The role of Senior Technical Writer involves asking plenty of questions to understand not just how something works, but also why it matters to the people using it. You’ll write beyond the obvious, educating customers on the why and how.
• This includes writing screen overlay help for WalkMe, training bots to answer common how-to questions, and scripting help articles.
• Additionally, you’ll act as the customers’ champion, figuring out the best way to get them the information they need.
• Senior Technical Writer also contribute to discussions and the development of in-house writing style guides for all help artifacts.
