Job Overview

This position reports to the Software Support Manager and is remote job in India. It’s a full-time role with 40 working hours between 5:30 pm and 5:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of Software Support

  •  Using analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and a passion for technology
  •  Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  •  Having at least one year of customer support experience
  • Working 40 hours per week
  •  Prioritizing workloads to achieve successful outcomes across various channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Possessing excellent English-language communication skills
  •  Being eager to learn and develop
  • Having a basic understanding of Weave’s products and services
  • Having a background in technology and customer service Demonstrating basic computer skills Utilizing critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
