The age limit given by Women and Child Development, Assam for the positions is 21 to 38 years old (as of January 1, 2022), with a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to schedule caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (P) (Hill Tribe), and Schedule Tribe (H) (Plain Tribe) categories.

Resident Superintendent
Masters in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferably a resident of the local community.
Office Assistant
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in office documentation. Proficiency in computer operation.
Multi-Purpose Staff
Literate with knowledge/experience in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent preferred.
Cook
Literate with knowledge/experience in cooking. High School pass or equivalent preferred.
Security Guard / Night Guard
At least 2 years of experience as security personnel. Preferably retired military/paramilitary personnel.
Educational credentials, identity documentation, caste certificates (if applicable), experience certificates, and other pertinent documents as stated in the official job notification might be required for WCD requirement process.
