Responsibilities of Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities of technical recruiter is as follows
- Managing the entire recruitment process, starting from collecting requirements to onboarding.
- Ensure hiring managers are happy with the quality, quantity, cost, and timeliness of recruitment.
- Use various sourcing strategies (Oracle Internal Resume Databank, Referral Data Bank, Job Boards, etc.) to build a pipeline of candidates for different job functions and levels.
- Reach out to inactive candidates and convert them into active candidates.
- Work with recruiters to understand business needs and recruiting requirements, providing them with a qualified pipeline of candidates.
- Source both active and passive candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements and process leads using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage recruitment efforts efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong operations and reporting of research activities.
