2) Age Eligibility for Apprentice Recruitment 2024
The age limit of apprentice for Recruitment 2024 is:

- Lower age limit: 15 years
- Upper age limit: 24 years
Age relaxation on the upper age limit will be applicable for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD as per the rules.
3) Educational Qualification for Apprentice Recruitment 2024
To apply for SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2024, one must fulfil the educational qualifications. The required qualifications for occupying 861 vacancies of Apprenticeship is:
- Completion of 10th class with at least 50% marks.
- ITI certificate in related trade
4) Salary of an Apprentice Recruit 2024
- RRC-SECR will provide with a monthly stipend for the Apprentice Recruitment 2024. The stipend will be based on the duration of ITI course a candidate has had.
- Rs. 8050/- per month for ones who have done 2 years ITI Course
- Rs. 7700/- per month for ones who have done 1 year ITI Course
5) Application fees for SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2024
SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 starts from 10 April 2024 and ends on 9 May 2024. Candidates can apply in online mode for the Apprenticeship. The candidates are exempted from paying the application fees which will be applicable for individuals of all the categories.

6) Application Process for Apprentice Recruitment 2024
- Go to the official website of SECR https://secr.indianrailways.gov.in
- Click on the “Apprenticeship India” section.
- Now, open the “SECR Apprentice Recruitment 2024” notification.
- Read the notification carefully.
- Fill in the online application form with the required details.
- Now, upload scanned documents which are asked in the application form.
- Check the details entered in the application carefully and click on the “submit button”.
- Take a print of the application for further correspondence.
7) Selection Process for Apprentice Recruitment 2024
RRC-SECR will be selecting the candidates based on their merit. Written examination and interview will not be conducted in order to select for the position of apprentice.
