They should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard. They should have good character with sound health and no criminal proceedings.Candidates should possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Type writing (on Computer)

For the Post of Salaried Amin candidate should have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination conducted by a recognized Board and have passed the Revenue Inspector Training. The Applicants should be at least 18 years old and not older than 32 years and should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
