For the post of Junior Clerk/ Typist the Candidates should have completed +3 Examination from a recognized University and have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute. The Applicants should be at least 18 years old and not older than 32 years according to the Kandhamal District Court Recruitment Notification. They should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard. They should have good character with sound health and no criminal proceedings.Candidates should possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Type writing (on Computer)

For the Post of Stenographer Grade III candidate should have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination conducted by a recognized Board.The Candidate shall possess minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words per minute in Type writing. The Applicants should be at least 18 years old and not older than 32 years and should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.

Kandhamal District Court Recruitment How to apply

The last date of receipt of application forms is 21.06.2024. Candidates should visit the official website and take the printout of the application form and fill out all the details. The candidates should submit their duly filled-in and signed applications furnishing the required particulars as per the prescribed format in Form-A and Annexure. The candidates shall enclose self attested copies of certificates, mark sheets and other documents in the sequence as shown in the notification. Applicants should read the notification carefully for the list of documents required to be attached with the application.

All Applications along with the required documents and self attested copies of certificates shall be sent by the candidates by Registered Post/Speed Post to the Office of the District Judge, Kandhamal, Phulbani., PIN-762001 on or before 5.00 P.M. of 21.06.2024. The incomplete application forms and forms received after 5.00 P.M. of 17.06.2024 shall not be entertained.
