Job Overview

Join Qatar Airways in Ahmedabad and lead the HR team and provide guidance, advice, and training to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes. Responsibilities Of HR Manager

• As an HR professional in this role, you would:
• Collaborate with line managers, providing consultancy to implement policies and procedures.
• Manage a team, ensuring they provide top-notch HR support, including documentation and approvals. Lead the HR agenda for multiple countries, coaching and advising on HR processes.
• Develop accurate job descriptions and oversee the recruitment approval process.
• Serve as the communication hub for the HR team, ensuring information flow and knowledge sharing. Lead the HR component of Change and Transformation Programs.
• Implement HR policies like performance management and disciplinary procedures.
•  Provide advice on performance evaluation, development planning, pay, and other remuneration issues.
•  Communicate company policies, procedures, and processes to employees.
•  Facilitate training and coaching on key HR and Management skills.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations.
• Gather data and statistical reports for informed HR decisions.
•  Assist with composing various HR-related documents and reports.
•  Act as a local advisor on Employment legislation.
•  Ensure all employees understand work health and safety requirements through training and supervision.

Qualification For HR Manager

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a recognized accreditation in HR.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR-related job experience within an international company.
• Established team management skills, including experience in employee relations, mentoring, and coaching.
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
