3. Save progress with the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.

1. Photograph: Recent passport style must be coloured, against light background, with 

    absolutely no hats/glasses on. Size must be: 200 x 230 pixels, 20kb–50kb.

2. Signature must be of Black ink on white paper, dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels, 10kb–20kb. 
3. Left thumb impression must be of Black/blue ink on white paper, 240 x 240 pixels, 

    20kb–50kb.

4. Hand-written declaration must be in English, black ink on white paper, dimensions: 800 x    

    400 pixels, 50kb–100kb.

5. Upload Graduation/Resume must be in PDF format, 20kb–500kb.
6. Ensure scanned images meet size requirements.
7. Applicant’s signature, thumb impression, declaration, and documents should be theirs.

1. Set scanner resolution to 200 dpi, True Colour.
2. Crop image to edge of photograph/signature/left thumb impression/hand-written 

     declaration.

3. Use the upload editor to finalise size.
4. Save as JPG or JPEG format, example file name: image01.jpg.
5. MS Windows/MS Office users can use MS Paint or Picture Manager.

6   Save documents as .jpg/.jpeg using the ‘Save As’ option, adjust size with crop and 

      resize.
