IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Technician Apprentice: A three-year diploma in the relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Trade Apprentice: Completion of Matriculation along with a two-year ITI course in the respective trade, recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Graduate Apprentice: A full-time graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Age Limit:
- The minimum age required is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 24 years.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Selection: Only candidates registered on NAPS/NATS portal will be considered. No written test or interview.
- Merit List: Candidates will be selected based on marks. If two candidates have the same marks, the older one or the one with higher matriculation marks will be chosen.
- Medical Check: Candidates must be medically fit. Check the medical guidelines before applying on the official website.
- Final Selection: After document verification and medical fitness, selected candidates will receive an offer for Apprenticeship Training.
IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Salary Details
The stipend for apprentices will be as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, and the Apprentices Rules, 1992/2019, as amended.
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs 4,500 (paid by BOAT directly to the bank account).
- Technician Apprentice: Rs 4,000 (paid by BOAT directly to the bank account)
- Trade Apprentice: Full stipend from IOCL
