b. Associate Professor 

• The candidate must have done a Ph.d. in teaching/ research, with at least 3 years at the assistant professor level or equivalent. 

• The candidate must have a minimum of 6 publications, at least in high-ranking journals. 

• The candidate must have supervised at least 3 PhD students. 

c. Assistant professor 

• The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of post-Phd teaching research experience. 

• The candidate must have published 3 publications with at least one in high-ranked journals.
