1 Interested candidates must submit their applications online using the Google Form link below by April 12, 2025:
2 Candidates who successfully submit the online application as per clause (1) must also email scanned copies of all required documents, along with the filled offline application form attached to the advertisement, to recruitment.esicmcnaroda@gmail.com by April 12, 2025.
3. After submission of online application form and sending scan documents as stated above, the candidate will be allowed to appear before the Document Verification Committee on the date of the interview for the respective post they have applied for.
4. Only after completing the online application submission and emailing the scanned documents as outlined above will candidates be permitted to appear before the Document Verification Committee on the scheduled interview date for the respective post they have applied for.
5. Candidates who fail to comply with clauses (1) and (2) will not be allowed to appear before the Document Verification Committee or the interview board.
6. Upon successful verification of all required documents, candidates will be permitted to appear before the interview board.
7. Candidates may apply for more than one post mentioned in this advertisement, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for each post. Separate applications must be submitted for each post applied for, along with the required documents and fees (if applicable).

Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment
- Selection will be made on basis of acquired academic credentials and performance of candidate in interview, which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection board
- Result will be published only in Recruitments section of Website: www.esic.gov.in.
- Offer of Appointment will be sent through E-mail only.
- Selected candidates will have to join as per instructions mentioned in offer of appointment.
Documents Required for ESIC Recruitment
Candidates must appear before the Document Verification Committee on the interview date prior to being permitted to attend the interview. They are also required to submit their offline application form (attached) along with self-attested copies of the documents listed below:
- Certificate of passing Class 10th for Date of Birth,
- All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MBBS,
- All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MD/MS/DNB/ Other Examination,
- Valid EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD Certificate issued in format for appointment in Central Govt. job, wherever applicable, failing which he/she shall not be allowed to appear in interview for the reserved category. However, he/she can be treated as UR Candidate.

- Relieving/NOC Certificate from previous/current Employer, if applicable,

Security Deposit details for ESIC Recruitment 2025
The selected candidate must submit a Security Deposit of the specified amount for the mentioned position via a Demand Draft payable to “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” at Ahmedabad upon joining. This deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the contract period and submission of a “No Dues Certificate.”
However, if the selected candidate resigns from the position within six months of joining, the security deposit will be forfeited, except in cases of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances where relaxation may be considered.
