Educational Requirements

For Super Specialist (Senior Consultant)

To be able to be eligible for the role of Super Specialist (Senior Consultant), he or she must hold a proper medical qualification from a recognized institution. Moreover, they must a post graduation degree holder in the relevant subject or field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a recognized institution after obtaining DM/M.Ch in the respective discipline/subject.

For Super Specialist (Entry Level)

To be able to qualify as a Super Specialist (Entry Level), he or she must be a pass out from a recognized medical institution. They must also carry a post graduation degree in the specified or relevant discipline. Five years of experience in a recognized institution in the relevant specialty should be there after obtaining the First Post Graduate Degree in the respective discipline/subject (i.e., two years post DM/M.Ch experience).Fresh DM/M.Ch candidates may be considered if there is a dearth of experienced candidates.

Age Requirements

Candidates should not exceed 67 years of age. This criterion ensures that applicants meet the age requirement given by  ESIC Kolkata Recruitment 2024 for the Super Specialist roles. He or she can get to have an additional remuneration of Rs. 1,200/- per hour for doing their job beyond 16 hours a week.  They can also earn some extra income of Rs. 20,000/- by Emergency visits.

1. Super Specialist (Senior Consultant):

          The Super Specialist (Senior Consultant) will get  Rs. 1,50,000/- per month for working 16 hours a week. He or she can get to have an additional remuneration of Rs. 1,500/- per hour if they work beyond 16 hours a week. They can also earn Rs. 20,000/- income by Emergency visits.
