Eligible candidates can apply for the post of Tenure-based CPW Personnel which will be for 1 year. The selected candidates are eligible for a Basic Pay of Rs.19900/- and DA as per central government guidelines will be applicable. House Rent Allowance will be given as per the classification of Cities. Personnel engaged will be eligible for EPF as per government guidelines. The candidate’s performance will be evaluated and Individuals having poor performance ratings will be given 3 months to improve their performance. After three months again performance will be evaluated and if again the performance rating is found poor or below, the services of the individual will be terminated by giving 15 days’ notice.

Cordite Factory Aruvankadu Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The candidates shall be selected based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit. Cut-off percentage for calling candidates for Trade tests will be decided by the factory based on the total Marks secured in NCTVT. The marks from the NCTVT exam carry more weight, contributing to 80% to the final decision, while the Trade Test/Practical Test marks contribute to 20%. Those who pass both tests will undergo Document Verification.
