1. Physical Endurance Test: Eligible candidates will undergo this test.
2. Written Test: The selection committee will shortlist candidates who pass the Physical Endurance Test for the written test.

Documents Required for BEL Havildar Recruitment 2024

1. Recent color passport-size photograph.
2. SSLC marks card and any other valid document as proof of date of birth.
3. SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate in the prescribed format for candidates in these categories.
4. Community Certificate in the prescribed format for candidates belonging to the OBC (NCL) category, issued by the Competent Authority for applying for posts under the Government of India on or after 01.07.2023, and a valid EWS Certificate for the year 2023-24 by the Competent Authority.
5. No Objection Certificate from the current employer (if employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./PSU), if applicable.
6. Experience Certificate, Discharge Certificate, and Discharge Book issued by the Indian Armed Forces/Concerned Authority, clearly indicating medical category – SHAPE-I, date of discharge, and exemplary/excellent records.
7. For candidates currently employed in the Armed Forces and yet to be discharged: Documentary proof in support of their Medical Category, Character, and probable date of discharge.
8. Document of Registration and number from the Karnataka District Sainik Welfare Board.

The salary range of BEL Havildar 2024 is Rs. 20,500 to Rs. 79,000, with a Cost to Company (CTC) of approximately Rs. 5.11 lakhs.
