Salary Details for AFCAT Recruitment in 2025
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary package as per the organization’s norms. During the one year of training, the flight cadets will receive a fixed stipend of Rs 56,100. Once the training is complete, the AFCAT salary ranges from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 depending on the defence matrix. In addition to the AFCAT 2025 salary, many allowances are offered to candidates based on the nature of duty and place of posting. An insurance of 1 crore is also applicable.
